Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the problems of crisis phenomena in the economy and anti-crisis management at enterprises in modern conditions. The work offers its own refined definition of the crisis of the economic entity, with an emphasis on the inability of the organization to achieve the goals of functioning and development in the conditions of inadequacy of the external environment. The article also contains an analysis of various approaches to defining the concepts of "economic security" and "crisis state"
