Application of the Top-down Planning Approach in Agricultural Organizations

Abstract: The decision to apply top-down planning is made by the management and in the process of this planning, target indicators are determined – benchmarks for the future growth and development of an agricultural enterprise. This article discusses the possibility of using indicative planning elements (indicators-benchmarks) at a specific agricultural enterprise as a basis for the beginning of the processes of forming a plan and business tasks with calculated production, economic, financial and other indicators, for future control over the execution of the plan. The purpose of the study is to study the basics of the formation of indicative indicators in the planning process in the working conditions of a particular enterprise
