Abstract: In this article we are noting the activities of Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations,which are conducting in the fields of Cyber crime and security in Mongolia, and also the monitoring on crimesituation for last 5 years, mentioned at 25 article of Criminal Law of Mongolia “Crimes against computers andinformation security”. The recommendation was represented comparing the valid variation of Criminal Law andnew draft of Crime Law.
