Abstract: lthough, ongolia adopted “ombating domestic violence ode” in 2004, the implementation ofthe current aw is not sufficient in practice. Therefore, regulations on preventing human rights violation withinfamily, supporting safety, and investigating violence at early stage, settling, supporting and providing necessaryservices to victims shall be reformed in complex. n this report, characteristic of legal reform on domestic violenceand coherence of this regulation with riminal justice reform.
