As one of China’s leading e-commerce platforms, JD.com has always maintained a leading position in the fierce market competition, which is inseparable from its robust financial information construction. This paper aims to deeply analyze the financial information construction of JD.com in the e-commerce environment, exploring its background, current status, key technologies, implementation process, achievements and challenges, as well as future development trends, providing reference and inspiration for other e-commerce enterprises.
