Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as low seeding qualification rate of vegetable precision seeder, this paper designs a kind of air-absorbing precision seeder. The device is mainly composed of chassis part, seed discharge device, power unit, fan, gearbox and transmission device. ADAMS software is used to simulate the kinematics and dynamics of the air-absorbent seed discharger, and the simulation results show the movement and falling process of the seeds inside the seed discharger, and at the same time analyze the movement and force of the whole machine. By building a test bench, the seeding qualified rate under different factors is obtained to meet the requirements, which verifies the rationality of the machine design.
