The results of the study showed that the level of technology use in teaching students in the first three grades was average. It also showed that positive behavior among students in the first three grades was average. The results of the study also indicated the existence of a correlation between the use of technology and promoting positive behavior. According to the gender variable, there were statistically significant differences in the technology use scale and the positive behavior scale, with the differences favoring the male category.
