Abstract: Introduction: -mutant MET-overexpressed LUAD. Methods: -mutant LUAD who progressed after EGFR TKIs and were treated with combination therapy of EGFR TKIs and MET TKIs (capmatinib or tepotinib). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect MET overexpression. Results: = 0.034). Conclusions: -mutant LUAD resistant to EGFR TKIs and mild toxicity in those with MET overexpression.
