Abstract: This study examines the impact of situational leadership, the work environment, and teacher-parent partnerships on teacher productivity at Bagan Sinembah Junior High Schools. Using a quantitative ex-post facto design, the study surveyed 136 out of 209 teachers selected by the Krejcie and Morgan Method. Data were collected via surveys and analyzed through simple and multiple linear regression, partial and simultaneous tests, and coefficients of determination. The findings reveal that situational leadership, the work environment, and teacher-parent collaboration each positively influence teacher productivity. Collectively, these factors account for 89.5% of the variance in teacher productivity, demonstrating their significant combined effect on performance at the school.
