Abstract: This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the focus of the research, namely explaining and analyzing the innovation of Klampid New Generation (KNG) in Rangkah Village, Tambaksari District, Surabaya City and identifying and analyzing the inhibiting factors of the implementation of the Klampid New Generation (KNG) innovation. The data in this study were collected using interview, documentation and observation techniques. After the data was collected, the data was analyzed using the analysis technique from Miles and Huberman known as the interactive model. The data that had been collected was tested for data validity using the data source triangulation technique. The results of the study showed that the Klampid New Generation (KNG) Innovation in Rangkah Village, Tambaksari District, Surabaya City, showed a significant impact in improving the quality of population administration services from the existence of Klampid New Generation (KNG).
