Abstract: This study explores the design of earth pits and the analysis of earth resistance in different soil types.By examining soil properties like resistivity and moisture content, the study highlights how soilcomposition impacts earth resistance, with clay providing lower resistance and sand offering higherresistance. The results inform optimal earth pit design recommendations, ensuring effectivegrounding and compliance with electrical safety standards.
