The toxicity, uptake, and impact on galectin-3 mediated apoptosis of lactose functionalized PAMAM dendrimers
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Four generations of lactose-functionalized PAMAM dendrimers show low toxicity, proclivity for uptake, and mediation of galectin-3 inhibition of apoptosis. Glycodendrimers are useful systems for studying galectin-3 in cancer cells.
