Abstract: Developing of experimental designs has an important role to setting down the experiment in agriculture sciences. In this paper examine the special kind of incomplete block design known as nested balanced incomplete block design which is established via series. Construction of optimal diallel cross designs using the proposed approach which is demonstrated. A simple method to construct the series of optimal block design for complete diallel cross matting design has been presented by nested balanced incomplete block design. Optimal complete diallel crosses are distinguish, and such matching plans are derived using optimal diallel series. Optimality of complete diallel series in incomplete block is investigated.
