Reconstruction of pumping stations in the reclamation sector

Abstract: In connection with the growth of the world’s population, the issue of catering for the population is becoming more and more urgent. To a greater extent, this issue can be solved by the rational use of agricultural land used to grow crops necessary for human and livestock nutrition. Irrigation systems are fundamental to agricultural development. State support measures make it possible to improve their condition. The article proposes reasonable strategic directions for the modernization of pumping stations, which makes it possible to increase the volume of reclamation activities carried out in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation as a whole.
