Abstract: 原发性脑干出血(PBSH)是出血性卒中的一种特殊类型，是死亡率最高、预后最差的一类。一直以来针对PBSH的治疗方案都是以保守治疗为主，但是随着技术水平以及显微神经外科的发展，国内关于手术治疗PBSH的报道越来越多。本文通过回顾相关文献，讨论目前关于PBSH的不同诊疗方案。Primary brainstem hemorrhage (PBSH) is a specific subtype of hemorrhagic stroke, characterized by the highest mortality rate and most unfavorable prognosis. Historically, conservative treatment has been the primary approach for PBSH. However, with advancements in medical technology and microsurgical neurosurgery, an increasing number of clinical reports from China have highlighted surgical interventions for PBSH. This article reviews relevant literature to discuss current diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for PBSH.
