Abstract: The article is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of the phenomenon of the innovative educational environment of a technical university, which is the subject of interdisciplinary study of social sciences and humanities. During the study, it was established that the definition is a certain final stage in the development of a concept and solves the following cognitive tasks: it reveals the content of the concept and distinguishes it from other related concepts.The article presents the results of studying the theoretical works of scientists in order to define the concept of an innovative educational environment of a technical university. The theoretical aspects of the concept of an innovative educational environment of a technical university are revealed through the prism of psychological, social, pedagogical and technological aspects. The researcher proposed a meaningful model of the innovative educational environment of a technical university based on theoretical and empirical aspects.
