Type: article
Abstract: The problems related to the development of a scientifically-based system for the development of professional readiness of physical training and sports instructors in the National Guard of Ukraine, taking into account a person-centered approach, remain unresolved. The aim is to substantiate and propose approaches to improving the readiness of physical training and sports instructors, considering individual indicators and relying on a person-centered approach. The study used psychodiagnostic research methods, physical fitness testing, cluster analysis, expert evaluation, and descriptive statistics for data processing. Psychodiagnostic indicators of the group of physical training and sports instructors of the National Guard of Ukraine were analyzed. Four clusters, differing in several indicators, were identified in the analyzed group. Expert evaluation of the approaches developed by us was carried out. Results. We provided a characterization of the four groups of physical training and sports instructors. Using our described division of cadets into separate groups and based on the definition of the term "management," we developed approaches for forming the readiness of physical training and sports instructors of law enforcement agencies, aimed at their professional development. The results of expert evaluation of the approaches to improving the readiness of physical training and sports instructors of the National Guard of Ukraine showed their high effectiveness. Conclusions. Approaches to improving the readiness of physical training and sports instructors, considering individual indicators and relying on a person-centered approach, have been developed. A group of indicators has been proposed, based on which the instructor's profile can be characterized and personalized recommendations for improving the level of professional training can be offered. According to the results of the expert group's evaluation of these approaches, they possess a high level of substantive significance and will be of interest for practical use.
