Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic is the context that serves this article to show an account, a complaint and a reflection on a pandemic of femicides encouraged by an omissive and complicit State. The testimony of Mrs. Lidia Florencio, mother of Diana Velázquez Florencio, murdered in 2017, in Chimalhuacán, State of Mexico, tells the story of a fight for justice through political, cultural, artistic and spiritual ritual activities, which has endangered the health and safety of those who have undertaken this fight.
