Abstract: Colorectal carcinoma is one of the most common cancers inspite of the improvement in treatment modalities, colorectal carcinoma remains as a leading cause of cancer mortality. In most of the individuals with colorectal carcinoma, cancer development is mainly due to complex interaction between the genetic factors and environmental factors Various prognostic factors have influenced the outcome of patient with colorectal carcinoma. In this study, immunohistochemical expression of Her2/neu marker is correlated to various clinicopathological variables like age, gender, tumor size, grade, stage of the tumor.
