Abstract: 青年投身乡村振兴，不仅加速了乡村的发展进程，而且为其实现个人价值铺设了广阔舞台。青年作为社会发展的中流砥柱，所掌握的知识体系、专业技能及创新思维，对于缓解乡村人才短缺、促进农业农村现代化、优化乡村治理结构等具有重要的价值。马克思人才观、激励理论及国家人才发展战略为青年参与乡村人才振兴提供了坚实的理论支撑，揭示了其内在逻辑与必然性；青年发展与乡村振兴的互动关系，更是构建乡村人才振兴战略中人才培育与利用体系的重要理论依据。分析当前青年参与乡村人才振兴面临的挑战，提出为有效促进青年参与的实践路径：强化政策导向与激励机制，加大对乡村青年教育与技能培训的投入，搭建合作平台促进资源共享，创新乡村振兴模式与机制以激发青年活力，并通过树立典型发挥示范效应，引领更多青年投身其中。总之，深化青年参与乡村人才振兴的策略，将有力推动乡村振兴战略向纵深发展，实现乡村与青年的双赢。Youth’s involvement in rural revitalization not only accelerates the development process of rural areas, but also lays a broad stage for them to realize their personal values. As the backbone of social development, the knowledge system, professional skills, and innovative thinking mastered by young people have important value in alleviating the shortage of rural talents, promoting agricultural and rural modernization, and optimizing rural governance structure. The Marxist concept of talent, motivation theory, and national talent development strategy provide solid theoretical support for young people’s participation in rural talent revitalization, revealing its inherent logic and inevitability; the interactive relationship between youth development and rural revitalization is an important theoretical basis for building a talent cultivation and utilization system in the strategy of rural talent revitalization. Analyze the challenges faced by young people in participating in rural talent revitalization, and propose practical paths to effectively promote youth participation: strengthen policy guidance and incentive mechanisms, increase investment in rural youth education and skills training, build cooperation platforms to promote resource sharing, innovate rural revitalization models and mechanisms to stimulate youth vitality, and lead more youth to participate by establishing exemplary models and demonstrating effects. In short, deepening the strategy of youth participation in rural talent revitalization will effectively promote the deepening of rural revitalization strategy and achieve a win-win situation between rural areas and youth.
