Research on the Construction of Rural Public Culture under the Background of Rural Revitalization —A Case Study of County D in Henan Province

Abstract: 当前，随着我国乡村振兴战略的实施，农村地区发展进程加速，农业农村现代化进程不断向前推进，但与之相匹配的农村公共文化建设的发展却一直处于滞后的状态。农村公共文化作为满足广大农民群众精神文化需求，保障广大农民群众基本文化权益的载体，是丰富广大农民群众精神生活和满足他们对美好生活向往的必要措施。本文主要运用案例研究法对河南省D县的农村公共文化建设情况进行了调查分析，根据河南省D县乡村振兴背景下农村公共文化建设现状指出其存在的问题及原因，最后根据存在的问题给出河南省D县乡村振兴背景下农村公共文化建设的对策建议。Currently, with the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy, the development process of rural areas has accelerated, and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas has been continuously advancing. However, the development of rural public cultural construction has remained lagging behind. Rural public culture, as a carrier to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the vast number of farmers and safeguard their basic cultural rights and interests, is a necessary measure to enrich the spiritual life of farmers and fulfill their aspirations for a better life. This paper mainly uses the case study method to investigate and analyze the situation of rural public cultural construction in County D, Henan Province. Based on the current status of rural public cultural construction in the context of rural revitalization in County D, Henan Province, it points out the existing problems and their causes. Finally, it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of rural public culture in the context of rural revitalization in County D, Henan Province.
