Abstract: Cerebral aspergillosis in the pediatric population is associated with high morbidity and mortality. This is a case report of an 11 year old male child presenting with irritability, sleep disturbances and failure to thrive. Radiological investigations, histopathological and microbiological studies have confirmed the etiology to be Aspergillus flavus. Surgical intervention and antifungal therapy resulted in resolution of the lesion.
