Abstract: The Wellness health check-up is a preventive healthcare service aimed at early detection and management of diseases. Patient satisfaction serves as a key indicator of the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services. This study assesses patient satisfaction levels with wellness health check-up services in a multispeciality hospital. A-cross-sectional survey was conducted among 150 patients using a structured questionnaire. The results indicated that while a majority of patients expressed high satisfaction with the professionalism and courtesy of medical staff, moderate dissatisfaction was noted regarding waiting times and clarity of information provided. The study concludes that improvements in service delivery, especially in communication and time management, can enhance overall patient satisfaction.
