Abstract: This study examines the evolving role of academic libraries in supporting research, education, and community in the digital age. It evaluates how libraries assist students, faculty, and researchers by providing resources, enhancing information literacy, and fostering collaboration. The research also looks at resource accessibility and the critical role of librarians in guiding students' academic journeys and nurturing a learning culture. A structured survey gathered data from randomly selected students in the 300-500 level who visited the library over one month, as well as faculty employed for four to five years, using stratified random sampling. Two close-ended questionnaires were distributed: 200 to students and 50 to faculty. A total of 215 questionnaires were completed, with 170 (68%) from students and 45 (18%) from faculty, resulting in an overall response rate of 86%. Data analysis included frequency counts and percentages. The findings indicate that students primarily use the library for exam preparation, lecture notes, and past papers, while faculty focuses on electronic journals and textbooks. The low usage of OPAC reveals a gap in library automation. Students visit the library more frequently due to immediate academic needs, while faculty visits are less common, driven by research and teaching responsibilities. Recommendations to enhance library resources include conducting orientation for new students, securing funding for electronic resources, encouraging faculty involvement in research, and adopting the IEEE format for seminar papers.
