Abstract: In the article, the authors researched the task of the company's profit formation and distribution policy, developed the key principles of profit formation and distribution on the basis of sustainable development, determined the factors of the company's profit formation, presented the scheme of the formation of the company's net profit, and classified the types of profit. A special place in the research process is occupied by the formation of the general scheme of distribution of the net profit of the enterprise. The schemes of profit formation and distribution based on the principles of sustainable development are of great importance. In the work, the development of the process of evaluating the efficiency of the formation and use of the company's profit and the formation of the method of calculating the profit according to the species classification was carried out.
