Abstract: 近年，新規薬剤や検査技術の進歩により白血病治療は飛躍的に向上し，それに伴い治療戦略も進化を続けている。従来，同種移植なしでは治癒が困難とされていた一部の白血病において，移植を行わずに長期生存が可能な患者群が存在することが明らかになった。しかしその一方で，様々な治療を試みても再発・難治性となる白血病は依然として残り，克服すべき重要な課題となっている。
