Abstract: Today, market relations are actively entering the educational environment, imposing new requirements on teachers. Modern realities highlight the growing trend of parents choosing a specific teacher for their first-graders rather than the school itself. This trend speaks to the importance of the personality of the primary school teacher. Therefore, the formation of a teacher's personal brand has become a pressing issue, enabling them to be in demand, successful, and recognizable. To prepare future primary school teachers for modern challenges, it is essential to introduce club activities focused on personal brand development during their university studies. The authors conducted a survey among future primary school teachers attending a club focused on personal brand development to assess the effectiveness of these extracurricular activities. A total of 23 people took part in the survey. The authors also analyzed the working program of the «Personal brand: the path to success» club. During the study, the authors adhered to ethical principles that protect the rights and interests of all participants, ensuring objectivity and reliability of the results. The survey results and analysis of the working program demonstrated that club activities are an effective method for developing a personal brand among future primary school teachers.
