Abstract: The main worldview characteristics of the philosophy of medicine have been analyzed. It is noted that for a profound understanding of medical issues, the application of philosophical methodology, the conceptual framework of philosophical science, and its value-based foundations is highly productive. The philosophy of medicine directs researchers toward a comprehensive understanding of human existence as a unity of social, natural, spiritual, and physical factors. In the 21st century, the philosophy of medicine explores the transformation of perspectives on the optimal parameters of a healthy human lifestyle.
