Research on the Performance Evaluation of Supply Chain Management in Medical Device Enterprises

Abstract: 近年来，随着“两票制”、“带量采购”等政策的实施以及医疗器械市场竞争的越发激烈，医疗器械市场面临着更为严格的监管和市场竞争环境，促使企业不得不重新审视并改善其供应链服务。本文J公司为案例研究，对该企业供应链管理绩效进行评价，旨在提升企业供应链管理服务水平。本文基于SCOR模型构建供应链绩效评价体系，通过专家访谈形式确定相关指标和权重，通过层次分析和模糊分析对J公司供应链管理绩效进行综合评价，分析发现J公司供应链管理绩效水平较低。建议通过持续改进机制，形成问题识别–问题改进–效果评估–经验总结的循环改进模式，从而持续优化J公司供应链管理，提高供应链管理绩效。In recent years, with the implementation of policies such as the “Two-Invoice System” and “Volume-based Procurement”, as well as the increasingly fierce competition in the medical device market, the medical device market has faced a more stringent regulatory and competitive environment, compelling enterprises to re-examine and improve their supply chain services. This paper takes Company J as a case study to evaluate the supply chain management performance of the enterprise, aiming to enhance the supply chain management service level of the enterprise. Based on the SCOR model, this paper constructs a supply chain performance evaluation system, determines relevant indicators and weights through expert interviews, and conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the supply chain management performance of Company J through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Analysis. The analysis reveals that the supply chain management performance level of Company J is relatively low. It is suggested that a continuous improvement mechanism based on the PDCA cycle be adopted to form a cycle improvement model of problem identification - problem improvement - effect evaluation - experience summary, thereby continuously optimizing the supply chain management of Company J and improving the supply chain management performance.
