Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of human capital on employee productivity at the Langsa Kota Sub-district Office. The human capital studied includes the level of education, training, work experience, and employee health. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is collected through a questionnaire from 31 employees selected using the purposive sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the influence of human capital variables on employee productivity. The results showed that human capital had a significant influence on employee productivity with a regression coefficient of 0.69 and a significance value (p) of 0.0001 (p < 0.05). An R-Square value of 0.45 indicates that human capital explains 45% of the variation in employee productivity, while the remaining 55% is influenced by other factors that were not analyzed in this study. Human capital components such as education and training have proven to be important in improving employee skills and knowledge, while work experience and health play a role in supporting work efficiency and consistency. These findings support human capital theory which emphasizes the importance of investing in education and skill development to improve individual performance. This study recommends that the Langsa Kota Sub-district Office improve human resource development programs, especially in terms of education, training, and health, in order to maximize employee productivity and the quality of public services.
