Type: article
Abstract: Relevance The transfer of oil wells to intermittent operating modes is associated with a decrease in the reliability of individual components of centrifugal electric pump installations, since short periods of oil pumping, from the point of view of the electric drive of the submersible pump, are dynamic modes accompanied by significant starting currents, increased vibration and the occurrence of mechanical resonances in individual elements of the installation. Optimization of dynamic modes within the electric drive subsystem itself is possible using various closed control systems with feedback on angular velocity and the moment of resistance on the shaft. Traditional configurations of centrifugal electric pump units with scalar control systems do not allow to fully solve the problem of submersible equipment reliability management. In this regard, the task of synthesizing closed sensorless control systems for the electric drive of a submersible pump, taking into account the specifics of the technological process of oil production in intermittent operating modes, is relevant. Aim of research Improving control systems for electric drives of centrifugal electric pumps in conditions of well conversion to intermittent operation modes. Research methods The work used methods of system analysis, methods of electric drive control systems, and methods of synthesis of automated process control systems. Results An approach to constructing closed-loop control systems for electric drives of submersible centrifugal electric pumps with iteratively learning state observers is proposed, taking into account the specifics of the technological process of oil production under conditions of well transfer to intermittent operating modes.
