Abstract: Part 2: Positive performance profile in company integration management (BEM) After a long illness, company integration management ideally begins with the qualitative and quantitative clarification of the remaining performance capacity, which summarizes all the client’s options in the subsequent “open search process” for employment alternatives. In contrast to the frequently formulated reasons for exclusion from continued employment, dismissals due to illness on the basis of positive performance profiles are significantly less common. The person who owns the data has the sole discretion to decide who receives this assessment, which is the result of a conversation between the individual and the occupational doctor.
