Abstract: Self-employed in a dilemma: To work or to recover? Self-employed individuals face the challenge of balancing demanding workloads and sufficient recovery. A new study reveals that recovery significantly enhances well-being without sacrificing performance. For this purpose, 255 self-employed people from various industries were surveyed. These findings provide valuable insights into promoting recovery and well-being in self-employment.
