Abstract: This paper takes a critical look at two terms; one is Completion Deadline (CD) and the other is Price Difference (PD). These two terms will not be approached semantically or, more generally, lexically, but solely through their use value, their widespread applicability and the ambiguities of their use, depending on the angle from which they are viewed, applied, and interpreted, each in its own right. More than often, there is an exclusive approach that does not accept the possibility of a different understanding, comprehension, or interpretation. This is what this work is about, polemically, all centered on the success of the construction project.
