Abstract: This article presents the results of a study on the current state of the restaurant business in the Kyrgyz Republic. It identifies key trends in the industry and determines the factors contributing to the successful operation of restaurants. The article also outlines the prospects for the development of the restaurant business in Kyrgyzstan and proposes measures to support its growth. The Kyrgyzstan restaurant sector offers significant opportunities for growth. With a growing economy and government support, the industry is well-positioned to become a key driver of economic development.
