Importance of cohort and target trial emulation in clinical research
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Advances in cohort studies and target trial emulation provide substantial evidence for policymaking to enhance global health. Moving forward, key priorities should focus on standardizing data processing protocols, advancing life-course research, establishing global health data-sharing platforms, and integrating population studies with omics research to support disease prevention and treatment development.
