Abstract: The article presents a digital model of a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) membrane-electrode assembly, incorporating hydrodynamics, mass transfer, electrochemical effects, and thermal phenomena within the cell structure. A hybrid modeling approach is discussed, which enhances the accuracy of fuel cell performance prediction while reducing computational costs.
