Abstract: An educational environment, both private and government, really needs a leader. An ideal and Islamic leader is the type of leader expected by teaching staff and even education. In the learning process that will be carried out by democratic teaching staff, it is important to be based on the policy of a leader so that when teaching staff need a decision, they do not hesitate to ask for help from a leader in determining justice so that it is beneficial, not only for themselves but especially for the benefit of others, especially student. However, in reality, many leaders do not meet the expectations of teaching staff in schools.
