Abstract: 贵州省凭借其独特的气候与地理禀赋，孕育了丰富且优质的水果资源，其中修文猕猴桃、安顺蜂糖李等特色品类在口感、品质等维度上展现出显著优势。然而，传统的销售模式存在中间流通环节冗长、信息流通不畅及市场覆盖范围有限等诸多局限，无法充分发挥贵州省精品水果的优势，严重制约了水果产业的进一步发展。电商的蓬勃发展为贵州省精品水果产业带来了新的转机，它打破了地域壁垒，拓展了市场边界。同时，电商借助数字化营销手段降低了营销成本，并利用网络传播有效提升了品牌知名度。本文聚焦于电商时代背景下贵州省精品水果产业的发展策略与实践，旨在助力贵州省精品水果产业实现高质量发展。展望未来，贵州省应进一步完善数字基础设施，积极培育复合型人才，努力构建产业生态系统，以推动精品水果产业向数字化、智能化和服务化方向转型升级。Guizhou Province, with its unique climate and geographical endowment, has nurtured abundant and high-quality fruit resources, among which characteristic categories such as Xiuwen kiwifruit and Anshun honey plum have shown significant advantages in terms of taste and quality. However, the traditional sales model has many limitations such as lengthy intermediate circulation links, poor information flow, and limited market coverage, which cannot fully leverage the advantages of Guizhou Province’s high-quality fruits and seriously restrict the further development of the fruit industry. The booming development of e-commerce has brought new opportunities for the Guizhou province’s premium fruit industry, breaking down regional barriers and expanding market boundaries. At the same time, e-commerce has reduced marketing costs through digital marketing methods and effectively enhanced brand awareness through online communication. This article focuses on the development strategies and practices of Guizhou’s premium fruit industry in the context of the e-commerce era, with the aim of helping Guizhou’s premium fruit industry achieve high-quality development. Looking ahead to the future, Guizhou Province should further improve its digital infrastructure, actively cultivate versatile talents, and strive to build an industrial ecosystem to promote the transformation and upgrading of the premium fruit industry towards digitization, intelligence, and service orientation.
