Abstract: Carcinoid syndrome should be considered in the differential diagnosis of valvular heart disease. A thickened, shortened, retracted, and immobile tricuspid valve should raise suspicion for this specific entity. It is crucial to evaluate extracardiac structures during echocardiographic examination. This clinical case highlights the importance of liver imaging in establishing the diagnosis. A broader, comprehensive approach, extending beyond cardiac structures, is essential.
