Abstract: •Robotic-assisted oncovascular techniques are feasible in gynecologic oncology.•Penrose drain pledgets affixed to the peritoneal flap provide visualization of the retroperitoneum and prevent tearing.•Pott's ties placed proximal and distal to the inferior vena cava prevent additional blood loss in event of cavotomy.
