There are three parts of PBB members, namely the Government, Employers, and Workers. The ILO was formed to provide fair policies for social society, especially workers for men and women. The article method used is a qualitative method with a legal approach. This article concludes that to protect workers' rights and promote social justice, Indonesian labor policies must consider the ILO Conventions.
