Abstract: 乡村振兴战略是解决新时代我国社会主要矛盾、实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的必然要求。2024年中央一号文件明确提出要“提升乡村治理水平”。乡村治理法治化是乡村振兴战略有效实施的重要保障。文章通过分析乡村治理法治化在乡村振兴战略中的重要意义，探讨当前乡村治理存在的问题，如法律法规不完善、法治意识淡薄、执法与司法保障不足等，并提出完善乡村治理法律法规体系、加强法治宣传教育、强化执法与司法保障等相应的对策，以推动乡村治理法治化进程，助力乡村振兴战略的实现。The rural revitalization strategy is an inevitable requirement for resolving the principal contradiction in China’s society in the new era, achieving the “Two Centenary” goals, and realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The No. 1 Central Document in 2024 clearly put forward the goal of “upgrading the level of rural governance”. The rule of law in rural governance serves as a crucial guarantee for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper analyzes the great significance of the rule of law in rural governance within the context of the rural revitalization strategy and probes into the existing problems in current rural governance, such as the imperfection of laws and regulations, the weak awareness of the rule of law, and the insufficiency of law enforcement and judicial guarantees. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed, including improving the legal and regulatory system for rural governance, strengthening the publicity and education of the rule of law, and reinforcing law enforcement and judicial guarantees. These measures aim to promote the process of the rule of law in rural governance and contribute to the realization of the rural revitalization strategy.
