Abstract: This research aims to explain how the implementation of the musaqah contract is reviewed in sharia economic law for rubber plantation cultivators in Pematang Duku village, Bengkalis sub-district, Bengkalis district. This research uses interview and documentation data collection techniques. Interviews were conducted with people who collaborate, namely between garden owners and gardeners. All data was analyzed inductively. From the research results, it turns out that the contract was carried out orally without any witnesses or written evidence and the time limit for the contract was not specified. Regarding the fulfillment of rights and obligations carried out by both parties, it is not in accordance with the agreement (contract) because the cultivator does not or does not fulfill the obligation to care for the rubber plantation where this obligation has been imposed on the rubber cultivator and was agreed upon at the time of the contract, this is very detrimental the garden owner. As for the implementation of profit sharing in the practice of musaqah contracts in Pematang Duku Village, viewed from Sharia Economic Law, in accordance with the initial agreement. However, from the profit sharing there is a profit that does not match what the garden owner expects because the cultivator's obligation to care for the garden has not been fulfilled
