Abstract: The study titled "A Study on Challenges in E-Recruitment at Kauvery Hospital" delves into the complexities and difficulties faced by HR professionals when implementing electronic recruitment methods in a healthcare setting.As the digitization of human resource practices continues to evolve, e-recruitment has emerged as a prominent approach to hiring, promising efficiency and streamlined processes.However, this study highlights the inherent challenges that accompany such systems, including technological limitations, reduced opportunities for personal interaction, inefficiencies in filtering candidates, and concerns regarding the authenticity of applicant information.Conducted among HR personnel at Kauvery Hospital, the research utilized a structured questionnaire to gather data and pinpoint specific problem areas within the e-recruitment framework.
