Abstract: This project aims to develop a virtual voice-based interviewer powered by advanced natural language processing (NLP) technologies to address the inefficiencies and biases in traditional hiring methods. By automating the interview process and simulating human interactions, the system will assess candidates in real-time, evaluating the content of their communication. This approach ensures consistent and fair evaluations, reducing biases while providing hiring managers with data-driven insights to make more informed decisions.
