Lycopodium preparations for visual observation and demonstration of light diffraction in primary schools

Abstract: The article presents a didactic resource for the project activity of secondary school students in the production of lycopodium preparations for visual observation and demonstration of light diffraction in school lessons. The experimental results are described, quantitative estimates of lycopodium particle sizes are performed, and the results obtained by different methods are compared. A pedagogical experiment has confirmed the possibility and expediency of using a didactic resource in a secondary school.
