Abstract: The stages and results of a training project on the manufacture of a set-top box for a voltmeter are described. The set-top box expands the voltmeter’s capabilities for conducting experiments that were previously impossible due to its insufficiently high internal resistance. The device is built on the basis of an operational amplifier. The educational process, including project activities and the work of a physical workshop, is described.
