Abstract: In the fast-changing business landscape of today, organizations are increasingly turning to Artificial Intelligence (AI) to boost their recruitment strategies. This paper delves into the revolutionary influence of AI on hiring, particularly highlighting its ability to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. With automation of mundane tasks and processing of massive amounts of data, AI solutions enhance productivity, minimize human discretion, and overall improve the candidate experience. The research also discusses the possible challenges and ethical issues related to AI adoption, including data privacy issues and algorithmic bias. A case study of Thoughtwave Info Systems Pvt Ltd offers real-world insights into the use of AI in a real-world recruitment environment. The results indicate that although AI has great benefits, a balanced approach that incorporates technology with human judgment is needed for effective and ethical recruitment.
