Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, issues related to the copyright of artificial intelligence generated products are intriguing. On the issue of whether artificial intelligence generated products constitutes a work in the sense of copyright law, originality and intellectual achievement attributes are the key elements. Meanwhile the standard of originality should be moderate. In terms of subject qualification, it is possible to artificially attribute authorship to AI, but it shouldn’t be given the status of a subject of rights. Regarding the attribution of rights to artificial intelligence generated products , the proposed system of copyright attribution should be based on whether the user has made the necessary participation, including different attribution scenarios for the user, the investor and the public domain. All in all, copyright law needs to adapt to technological changes while striking a balance between respecting the objectives of the law and safeguarding the interests of rights holders.
